1 — Send Us the Details
Send photos, brand/model, condition and any other relevant information.
2 — Get an Offer
We'll assess the item and make an offer. The offer is based on the brand, model, condition, age, demand and current market value.
3 — Accept the Offer
If you're happy with the offer, we'll arrange collection. The seller can also bring the item personally. Collection can be arranged anywhere in South Africa depending on the item and arrangements.
4 — We Inspect It
We'll inspect the item against the photos and description provided.
5 — Get Paid
Once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be as described, payment is made by EFT.
If It Is Not As Described
If the item is materially different from what was described, we'll contact the seller and arrange for the item to be returned at our cost.
